Easy Period tea

Eases cycle symptoms and pain.

Best to start drinking a few days - a week prior to cycle start. 

Ingredients:

• Raspberry leaf
• Chamomile flower
• Hibiscus flower
• Roses
• Red Clover
• Hawthorn leaf
• Nettle
• Spearmint
• Ginger

For best use: brew 1 tsp of tea to 1 cup of water, let steep 5-10 minutes
