Ingredients:

- Hibiscus flower for taste & inflammation relief
- Roses for slowing the bleed
- Red Clover to support hormones & eliminate toxins through the blood
- Hawthorn leaf for circulatory aid
- Nettle to replenish minerals lost (especially iron!)

For best use: brew 1 tsp of tea to 1 cup of water, let steep 5-10 minutes

I bought a different cycle tea in the past and it was unavailable, so I had long been searching for a replacement. In the Golden Activation Easy Period Tea, I found a true UPGRADE to what I was having before. The blend is absolutely divine. I love the look of it, you can see whole herbs in there and can identify what they are in the package. The flavors are everything comfy and soothing, from the hibiscus to the chamomile, no single herb is "too much" this is truly the perfect, most comforting blend. I love this so much and cannot recommend it enough. A tremendous value and high quality tea blend!!
This tea has added so much ease to my life. My cycle used to always be very challenging the first couple of days with debilitating cramps, headaches, and feeling very fatigued. There is a noticeable difference in my moods, my body and my mental clarity. After consistently drinking this tea, I am a believer! Could not recommend it enough :)
