Amazing tincture!!
Highly recommend this tincture for any one struggling with anxiety or panic symptoms. I was having severe panic attacks last year and this tincture helped me cope with the anxiety and gave my nervous system the support I needed. I am now panic free, but love to take it on busy or stressful days in general.
The first couple times I took Unwind, my body felt immediate decompression and opened up my airways to where I was taking deeper breaths within 5 minutes of intake. It was a great meditative tool at first for me as I sought it to help me with breathing and slowing down my nervous system enough to find ease in deeper, healthier breaths. I LOVE unwind, I find the taste to be my favorite as well, for some reason it just hits the spot. I have taken it when I needed to calm down from panicked anxiety and it has helped guide me as well.
I've used Unwind and Clari-tea with great success. The ingredients and uses are clearly described and accurate. I highly recommend these products without hesitation.
